Case Of Ruyati


One our workforce, Ruyati bint Satubi, died as a result be punished by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia beheaded. Ruyati punished because convicted of killing her employer with a sadist.

"In the legal process through which the deceased Ruyati since the beginning of the investigation clearly confessed killing her employer in that way," said Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Gatot Abdullah Mansyur, in a statement received VIVAnews.com, Monday, June 20, 2011. 


Motive for murder is because of resentment caused by the mother often scolded by her employer because the salaries are not paid for 3 months for a total of SR2.400. His employer also did not want her home, although often requested. 

Murder case was later dealt with the Police Sector Al Makkah Al Mukkarramah Masur. "Handling events from the beginning quite fast, considering the severity of the case and the strong evidence found at crime scenes," he said.

According to Billy, the embassy has twice sent a diplomatic note to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia to help Ruyati. In the note, the Embassy requested that Indonesia be given access to consular representative widest as the case may include information about hearing schedules, mentoring, and advocacy in subsequent sessions, as well as to obtain a copy of the verdict against the deceased, Ruyati. 

"However, until the execution late Ruyati we did not receive notice of the execution of the death penalty," said Billy. 

However, Billy admits, it's actually a death sentence may be revoked if the if the victims' families to forgive murderers. However, in the case of Ruyati, victims' families are not willing to forgive and execution ultimately keep running.
